PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR SITE OFFICE THAT THE KEYS ARE STILL AVAILABLE AND THEY ARE THE CORRECT KEYS.
EXTRA TRAVELLING WILL INCUR EXTRA CHARGES IF WE HAVE TO GO BACK BECAUSE OF THIS.
In the event of frost before the date of your drain down a thorough check for frost damage will be completed before we winterise your caravan. I accept that no garantee is given that frost damage will not occur, however I understand that all reasonable steps will have been taken.
WE DO NOT DRAIN DOWN WASHING MACHINES OR DISH WASHERS
Our fitters continually strive to leaveyour caravan as they find it, after all, your caravan is your home and we respect that. However, due to wet and muddy conditions it is impossible for our fitters to stay clean they will always remove there shoes on entering your caravan but cannot remove dirty outer wear, therefore we suggest you take precautions by laying dust sheets down where our fitters need to go.
